It was ok for an inexpensive place to stay. Beds were not very comfortable, the bathroom counter top was about to fall down and looked like it had been glued. Smelled a little musty. But it's an old cheap hotel so wasn't expecting the Rirz. it was clean and convenient within walking distance to downtown area.

The front desk staff was really great and accommodating. The rest of the room was clean. And there was a King size bed and a Queen size bed in the same room. There was also a stove to cook although I did not use. It was nice. The room looked like an apartment and would be nice for an extended stay! The access to the door on the bottom floor was nice.

The location was close to downtown main street and close to University. The front desk employee was outstanding and very helpful. Even one of the workmen stopped and talked with us.
